Domestic Shipping (Within the United States)
• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Shipping Methods: Standard Ground (recommended) Expedited, and Overnight options are available.
• Delivery Timeframe: Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days depending on destination.
• Tracking: Customers receive a tracking number once the order has shipped.
• Risk of Loss: In accordance with the Texas Business & Commerce Code §2.509, risk of loss transfers to the customer once the product is delivered to the carrier, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

International Shipping (Outside the United States)
• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Shipping Methods: International Standard (recommended). Express options are available.
• Delivery Timeframe: Delivery typically takes 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs clearance.
• Customs & Duties: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
• Export Compliance: All shipments comply with U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) restrictions. Products will not be shipped to embargoed or restricted destinations.
• Risk of Loss: Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the product is handed to the international carrier.
